Fatoumata Njie
Fatoumata is a Gambian entrepreneur. She is the founder and owner of Yaxare Company Ltd, a women-owned agribusiness that works with women farmers to produce and process herbal tea bags. Fatoumata has received several awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, including the Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Award and the Best Exhibitor Award at the 17th OIC Trade Fair in Dakar.
We teach smallholder farmers regenerative farming methods and connect them to carbon finance.
